These Bylaws (referred to as the "Bylaws") govern the affairs of the International Society for Telemedicine & eHealth, a non-profit Society (referred to as the "Society") registered as a Swiss not-for-profit organization under article 60ff of the Swiss Civil code (referred to as the "Act").
